APPLICATION
●Universal hygienic hose specifically designed to conveypharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food products within thepharma-cosmetic, biotech and food industries.
●Ideal solution to withstand dynamic stress during the transfer ofhigh purity fluids. For suction and delivery purposes.
●Particularly suitable for use on filling machines.
MAINBENEFITS
● Its inner tube is made of fully perfluorinated material, totallyinert, which ensures utmost impermeability and absolutely hygienic and contamination-freedelivery of the medium.
●It provides good resistance to extreme temperatures and goodresistance to mechanical stress.
●Hoses manufactured in accordance with EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC andfollowing amendments. Our production cycle does not contain animal derivatives,phthalates, adipates and materials subject to restrictions according to thecurrent European regulations (REACH).
STRUCTURE
TUBE
●PFA (Perfluoralkoxy Polymer, PFA), light colour, fully fluorinated,smooth, mirror-like.
●Food compliance acc. to: USP Class VI, UNI EN ISO 10993, FDAStandards, Italian D.M. 21/03/73 and following amendments.
●Good absolute and long-term thermal endurance, resistance tocracking under stress and resistance to bending.
REINFORCEMENTS
●High strength plies of synthetic cord and embedded steel wire helix.
●Two copper wires to ensure dissipation of static electricity.
COVER
●EPDM rubber, blue colour, smooth, abrasion, ozone and weatherresistant,
cloth finish.
TEMPERATURERANGE
●From -40°C to +150°C depending on the media conveyed.
